• Prepare your Purchase Agreement and accompanying legal documents.
• Negotiate for the price, terms and conditions.

Experience:

I have been in the sales field since 1995, beginning with my own business in concrete repair. I then, went back to my medical laboratory roots and sold products for medical research, and medical devices.  This has given me the opportunity to have a very well rounded career, and also the opportunity to meet many different types of customers. Thru my wide range of experiences, I have learned to listen to what the customer wants and needs, and understand what is important to you.
